This includes ten years with Virgin Mobile and, most recently, six years at sustainable energy provider Pure Planet where I was responsible for all aspects of Culture and People. The business grew from 3 to 200 employees and saw us ranked number 2 in the Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies To Work For 2020. 

 

Following Pure Planet I led the people function at broadband provider Community Fibre on an interim basis alongside en:Rich assignments.
