I’ve led or established the people functions in organisations including Virgin Mobile, energy provider Pure Planet and a number of creative and technology firms. I know the challenges, the support you’ll need and most importantly, how to develop a culture to inspire and engage your people.
Working with a Fractional Chief People Officer (CPO) is a cost-effective way to deliver this - and bring all the advantages of an experienced CPO, as and when you need it. This could be for a few days each month, or a short-term interim contract.
I have delivered this role for a number of organisations from startups needing guidance from day one, to established organisations wanting a proven CPO to guide the people function, perhaps as maternity cover, or while a longer-term solution is found.

How it works
I start with a fact-find call or meeting to discuss your situation and objectives. These might relate to culture, employee engagement, talent retention, the establishment of best practice HR policies - or taking a leadership perspective across an established people function.
I will assess your situation and make recommendations for what I could achieve working together, and the suggested time needed.
